However, if you find that your item is not suitable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return (*Exclusions may apply). The item must be returned in its original packaging and sent within 5 days of receiving the return authorization code, with no exceptions. In the event of a return, the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse, as per the address provided after consulting with our support team. Please do not send the package without prior notification.


Shipping Cost Responsibility:

1.If you receive the wrong, damaged, or incorrect product, Gifts For Gift will cover the shipping cost. There will be no shipping or replacement charges for the customer. However, the customer must provide photos and videos of the package opening for verification. Failure to provide these may result in the denial of a refund or replacement request.

2.If the customer has received the correct product but still wishes to return it, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost (*Exclusions may apply).

3.After verification and approval, the customer will receive a refund through the original payment method.

4.The refund process will begin after verification, and the customer can expect to receive the refund within 6-7 business days. This timeframe is necessary for banks to process the refund to the original payment method used by the customer.

5.Personalized orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are immediately processed to meet delivery timelines. Changes can only be accepted within 24 business hours.

Return Exclusions:

We will NOT authorize or accept returns for the following items:

– Personalized items, including those with initials, numbers, photos, or engraving (single or multiple).

– Customizations or alterations such as custom sizes, lengths, colors, and styles not offered on our website.
