“RECEIVED INCORRECT OR DAMAGED GOODS?

In the event that your package arrives with significant visible damage, shows signs of tampering, or is the wrong order, please contact us promptly at giftsforgift.com.

If you suspect that your item has a manufacturing defect, we will repair and/or replace it within 13-14 business days of your purchase at no additional cost. Please contact info@giftsforgift.com and provide the order number along with proof of the defect (images and a video of the package opening). Shipping costs will be covered for customers within India 🇮🇳. After inspection, if we find that the damage is not due to a manufacturing defect, you will receive a repair quote if applicable.

 

SHIPPING RATES:

For Prepaid Orders (PhonePe, UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net-Banking): We do not charge any shipping or handling fees. For prepaid orders, we offer fast and free shipping.

For Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders: COD option is not currently available.

ORDER PROCESSING:

At Gifts For Gift, we make every effort to fulfill orders as promptly as possible.

SHIPPING TIME:

For most serviceable pin codes, we strive to deliver within 48 business hours after shipping. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, remote locations, inventory challenges, or other factors may cause delays. You will receive a unique tracking link via email/SMS after your order is dispatched. Deliveries are typically completed in 48 business hours in Tier 1 cities, 72 business hours in Tier 2-3 cities, and 3-4 business days in rural areas through our available courier partners.

 

Note: To expedite shipping for Projection Photo Bracelets, Rings, and Necklaces, we minimize the shipping time.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

We accept cancellations for non-personalized products. Please contact us at info@giftsforgift.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If more than 24 hours have passed, regrettably, we won’t be able to cancel the order.

Note: Orders for personalized products cannot be canceled once placed, as we promptly initiate production to avoid processing delays.”

  1. Confused About Our Shipping Options? 🤨

Our shipping process consists of two categories:

 

  1. Non-Personalized Items: Orders for non-personalized items are typically shipped from our warehouse within 48 business hours. Depending on the chosen shipping method, the package will be delivered within the specified timeline provided during the checkout.

 

  1. Personalized Items: Personalized items are meticulously handcrafted, which may require additional time to prepare.

Note: For personalized items, the processing and shipping estimates are provided on the individual product pages.

 

  1. Can I Request Delivery on a Specific Date?

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee delivery on a specific date. The delivery timing depends on order processing and our courier partners. Additionally, unforeseen factors such as weather conditions and strikes are also considered.

 

  1. I Didn’t Receive a Courier Call, and My Package Was Returned.?

Please ensure that you provide accurate information when placing your order, including your phone number and complete address. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses, wrong phone numbers, or locations that are difficult to locate by the delivery personnel may result in the package being returned.

 

If you notice an “Undelivered” or “Consignee Not Available” remark, please visit your nearest BlueDart or relevant courier office promptly. Escalations from our end for a reattempt may take more than 48 hours to coordinate with the courier team, and the package might be returned in the meantime.

  1. Can I Change the Delivery Address?

If you need to change the delivery address, kindly contact us via email or the ‘Contact Us’ page and provide the complete new address before the package is dispatched. Please note that once the package is shipped, we won’t be able to modify the delivery address. Requests to change the address or redirect to a different zip code with the same AWB number will not be accommodated.”

  1. Why Isn’t COD (Cash on Delivery) Available?

We understand that some customers may wonder why we don’t offer the option of Cash on Delivery (COD). The primary reason is that many of our products are personalized with your photos. Once an order is created, we cannot afford to have it returned, especially with COD.

 

There’s a risk that some individuals might place orders just for fun or without genuine intent, and later refuse to accept the order upon delivery. This situation results in substantial losses for us, both in terms of creating the product, handling shipping, and then dealing with returns. The package also goes to waste, which is not sustainable for a small business like ours.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

 

  1. Cancellation of Personalized Orders: Once an order for personalized items is placed, it cannot be canceled, as these orders are promptly prepared for processing.

 

  1. Cancellation of Discounted Orders: Orders with applied discounts are also ineligible for cancellation.

However, if a customer wishes to cancel an order placed more than 24 business hours ago and without the use of a discount code, please be aware that a stocking fee of Rs 500 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 48 business hours.

  • How to Track Your Order?

To track your order, please visit Bluedart’s website or use the link provided in the automated notification sent by Gifts For Gift. Ensure that you enter the correct details, including your order ID and the mobile number used during the order placement. You can locate the Order ID within the SMS you received when the order was placed.

 

  • Reshipping Your Returned Order

If your order has been returned to us, you can have it reshipped. Please note that re-shipping charges of Rs 120 will apply for shipping the package back to you. We will share the payment link with you once the package is returned to our warehouse.

 

Our support team will provide you with the payment link, and once the complete address details are confirmed, we will promptly ship your package again.
